Returns Policy 

If you are not satisfied with a product you have received please follow the procedures to request a refund on site. We will gladly refund regularly priced product within 7 days of receipt, this does not include shipping, some exceptions apply. 

We are humans and in the event we shipped the wrong item, we will gladly replace the product purchased and refund return shipping costs.

EXCEPTIONS: Patterns and books are non-refundable. This is to protect the intellectual property of our creative friends; the technical writers, designers and authors.

All merchandise purchased on 'sale' or with a promotional coupon is also non-refundable



Orders are shipped within 5 regular business days. We can ship to virtually any address in the world yet reserve the right to refuse orders that seem suspicious.

Shipping will be sent via Canada Post or UPS using the service you choose.

You may also select In Store Pick up for visits to our Brick & Mortar Location at Hyggeligt Fabrics in St Marys, Ontario.

We are also happy to combine shipments with purchases made from simply send us a note referencing your Hyggeligt order number.

**If you choose 'ground' service, this may take up to 8 weeks internationally**

We use Canada Post or UPS and consider the services to be reliable and cost-effective. Please note any special requests in the message box provided.

Taxes are calculated based on the shipping address and using the most up to date information available to us.

Canada: HST is applicable ON, BC, NS, NB, NF and GST only on all others.

USA and International: no taxes are collected on purchases from us but you may be subject to duties and taxes collected by your country. 

We play by the rules and will NOT list the item as a gift to avoid taxes and such.
